only be affected on confirmation that the funds are in the selling dealer’s bank account.
Although bids close at 15:00 each week day, it is important to note that if a bid is placed in the last 10 minutes of closing time the stage expiry time will extend by 15 minutes.
If bids keep on being placed within 10 minutes of the stage expiry time, the stage expiry time will continue to be extended by 15 minutes up until 18:00 at the latest.
This has been done in an effort to give everyone fair opportunity to bid at a time when the auction is at it’s busiest.
When you Place an Offer on a vehicle it means that you are Placing an Offer at less than the Reserve Price listed
If it does not say ‘Place Offer’ in the column called ‘Place Offer’, then that dealer has chosen to only receive bids at higher than Reserve, or, that dealer does not have the ability to load their vehicles on the system to accept Offers
Please bear in mind that as the wording suggests, Place Offer, does not mean that the selling dealership has to accept your Offer
The Selling Dealership always reserves the right to decline your Offer
At the close of the auction the selling dealership will contact you to inform you as to whether or not your Offer has been Accepted
Please do not take it for granted that your Offer has been accepted, wait for their call.
